How we helped a niche equestrian brand hit $750K in its first year by leaning into emotion, story, and smarter scaling.

Objective:
When Chanel, the founder of IDOGGOS, reached out, she had a strong product and a loyal niche—custom horse halters for riders and competitors—but lacked the systems to scale it profitably.
She needed more sales, better returns on ad spend, and a marketing engine that didn’t rely on guesswork. We focused on building that system.

STRATEGY:
We found the winning formula early: women speaking directly to the camera about their connection to their horse, paired with soft, dramatic music and lifestyle riding shots. This UGC + cinematic approach connected emotionally and stood out in a product-heavy category.
From there, we tested dozens of hooks, refined targeting, and implemented smart email automations to increase retention and AOV. Pricing was also a hurdle—so we raised it. With value-based messaging, conversions went up, not down.

- 4.7x return on ad spend across platforms
- Email flows generated over 15% of total revenue
- Increased pricing actually boosted conversion
